How does this work?
We supply a network adapter. You connect port one to your router, then connect your tv to one of the other 3 ports or to the adapter’s dedicated wifi
Is it just another VPN that will end up getting blocked ?
No
Can I get my money back for the adapter ?
Only if it doesn’t work (after we have tested it) and you pay to return it
If i use the adapter for remote working, how fast is the connection?
It is feasible to get up to 900 mbps download speed, but as ever, it is restricted by the weakest point, and obviously, it cannot connect faster than your broadband / fibre connection is capable of
What IP address will I be using?
It will give you a UK IP address.
Is there any connection support available?
Yes, you can always call our UK or French mobile for advice
What can I stream on?
- Smart TV, (needs the streaming service app , i.e. BBC iPlayer etc)
- Ipad / Tablet
- Smart Phone (iPhone / Android)
- Sky Box , Sky Glass etc
What streaming service can I access?
All the usual ones (you will need an account of they are ones you would pay for), but including, More4, BBC iPlayer, ITV / Channel 5 catch up, Sky based content, Amazon Prime etc
It’s important to note, this is not a service that allows free access to content you don’t already have access to in the UK, so its NOT free Netflix, Amazon Prime or Apple TV !
Can I connect more than one device?
Yes, there are 3 spare ethernet connections on the network adapter, and dedicated WiFi.
If you have access or data points throughout your property, you can connect all these via the adapter too.
Can I get a refund?
If you receive a faulty unit, send it back for a replacement.
You will only get a refund up to 30 days from activation of the adapter, if it is found to be faulty, and you wish to discontinue the service.
